After years in the RSAF and corporate tech sales, I knew there was a different way to help people perform at their best. The turning point came when I left corporate to build something from scratch.
That experience of starting over, of reconnecting with what actually mattered, became the foundation for everything I do today.
Gemstory started as a pushcart. No office, no team, no safety net. Over 10 years, it grew into a brand that served 15,000+ customers through hands-on experiences with natural materials.
What I discovered along the way was that people weren't just coming for the products. They were coming for the pause. The permission to stop, feel something, and reconnect with themselves.
That insight changed everything. I stopped thinking about products and started building experiences. Structured, sensory-led reset sessions for professionals and teams who are running on empty.
